Covington Chipotle

Midland Retail acquired one of the most sought-after commercial properties in Northern Kentucky in early 2015. Midland and its partners purchased 1.2 acres from Frisch’s restaurant on 4th Street just east of the on/off ramps to I-71/75 in Covington, KY. The parcel has two traffic signals and has interstate visibility to over 175,000 VPD. Midland sold half the property to Wendy’s and developed the remaining portion with Chipotle Mexican Grill which opened in late 2015.
