The Shoppes of Cold Spring is a neighborhood retail center located in the focal point of the Cold Spring trade area. A large Kroger Marketplace, Home Depot, and Kohl’s are located across the street and share a traffic signal with the property. U.S. Route 27 passes through Cold Spring as Alexandria Pike, leading northwest 8 miles to downtown Cincinnati and southeast 5 miles to Alexandria, Kentucky Route 9, a limited-access highway, also passes through Cold Spring, leading northwest to Newport across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, and southeast to Maysville and beyond.
