Colerain Shops​

The Colerain Shops development sits at the focal point of the Colerain trade area across the street from Stonecreek Towne Center, which is anchored by Meijer, JC Penney, Old Navy, and Best Buy.  The properties also share a traffic signal. It was developed in 2004 and has been 100% occupied since it opened. The Northgate Mall is only a few minutes away, the strongest regional mall on the west side of Cincinnati. The mature market area has dense demographics and high traffic counts.
