Liberty Connection

Midland Retail acquired a two-acre parcel in Liberty Township, OH in the spring of 2015. Liberty Connection, an upscale 11,500 SF retail center anchored by Chipotle Mexican Grill and First Watch was constructed on the land.  The development is located just north of SR 129 (Butler Regional Highway) on Cincinnati-Dayton Road adjacent to Kroger Marketplace.  With direct access to two traffic signals, Liberty Connection is well-positioned in the densely populated, high-income trade area and located at the main entrance to Children’s Hospital and Lakota East High School.
