Since joining the real estate profession, Frank Raeon has made retail and restaurant site selection, tenant representation, and the development of amenity-based small-scale, pedestrian-friendly “street retail” his primary focus. Frank’s real estate experience includes helping such well established national and market-leading regional companies as Buffalo Wild Wings, Dewey’s Pizza, Donatos, First Watch, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Izzy’s, Jimmy John’s, McDonald’s, Pier 1 Imports, Servatii’s Bakery, Subway, TOM + CHEE, United Dairy Farmers, Walgreen’s and Wendy’s grow their presence and market share, primarily within the Cincinnati metropolitan region.
Frank is the former Real Estate Director for TOM + CHEE, a Cincinnati-based fast-casual restaurant that is growing its footprint throughout the United States.
He is also the author of “The ABC’s of Site Selection - How to Pick WINNERS and Avoid LOSERS.” The recently published third edition of his book is available at Amazon.com and features a new chapter that explains the real meaning of Location, Location, Location.
Frank has previously taught a 3-hour course on retail and restaurant site selection for a number of continuing education providers in Ohio and Kentucky.
Frank holds a Master of Arts degree in Urban Geography from the University of Cincinnati.
