As a Partner at Midland Retail, Ward co-directs the company's growing brokerage operations and neighborhood developments. His career began in 1996 with the Midland Development Group. Following their acquisition by Regency Centers in 1997, he was an original member of the Midland Atlantic Properties team when it was formed in 1998. While at Midland Atlantic, Ward was the company's top broker and served as Vice President from 2002 until the formation of Midland Retail in 2008.



Throughout his career, he has specialized in tenant representation and property disposition having completed over 500 career transactions. Ward has partnered and supervised the development of many company-owned retail projects in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. His focus remains on increasing the retail development portfolio while continuing to work with longtime restaurant, disposition, and landlord clients.



Ward is lifelong Cincinnati resident and lives on the east side of Greater Cincinnati with his wife and three sons. He has been a member of ICSC for over 15 years and is a licensed broker in Ohio and Kentucky.
